2-wire-transmitter for pH and ORP measurement

  • Explosion protection: Zone 1 / Class 1 Division 1 (with sensor in Zone)
  • Digital communication: HART
  • Intuitive operation with color-coded user guidance
  • IP 66/67, NEMA 4X protection
  • Automatic sensor identification
  • Sensor diagnostic with wear indication, remaining lifetime, CIP/SIP counter and adaptive calibration timer
  • High-contrast widescreen display with colored backlighting
  • Protective pane made of safety glass
  • One analog input (4 ... 20 mA) e.g. for external pressure compensation
  • Two parameter sets
  • Two digital inputs: 
    • External HOLD activation
    • External switching between parameter set
  • Logbook (200 entries)
Outstanding properties
A number of outstanding technological properties make the Stratos Pro series the new benchmark for 2-wire analyzers. Colored screen backlighting has been implemented for the first time in this device class, with the lowest possible power consumption.
 
Wide Range of Functions
2 digital inputs are provided, as well as an analog input plus a second current output for another measured value. 
 
Zone 1 Explosion Protection
Stratos Pro is designed for operation in Zone 1 / Class 1 Division 1 hazardous areas (with the sensor in Zone 0). Operation in hazardous areas from –20 °C to +65 °C is possible. The devices are designed for gas and dust explosion protection (G/D) and can naturally also be used outdoors (type 4 enclosure, UV resistant).
